Brief Introduction: The Montecristo Edmundo was introduced in the spring of 2004, and is manufactured primarily in the H. Upmann factory, in Havana.
Flavours: The Edmundo is firmly rolled with a flat head and a three-seam cap has leathery flavours from the first puff to last. This attractive Cuban toro vitola also imparts notes of oak, singed walnut, toasted marshmallow and an earthy finish. The Brun is even and steady.
Synopsis: This cigar was named after Edmundo Dantes, the hero of Alexandro Dumas’ famous novel “The Count of Montecristo”. Even the rare rum Edmundo Dantes 15 years has been named after the fictional character.
Smoking Duration: 60 – 75 minutes.
